Peaches n Cream in Litchfield

One of the best ice cream places in the state, hands down. A (somewhat) hidden gem in the northwest hills. A wide selection of flavors including seasonal ones (such as red raspberry in the summertime 😋). The servings are large for what you pay. I would recommend getting a “single” size and splitting it between two flavors. If you get a “double”, you will get two scoops of each flavor. Trust me, one scoop each, aka “single” is more than enough.

Gobs of great flavors! I live for nutty icecream, and this place has the best! I got a cashew cream and chocolate almond, which went really well together.

Amazing! Friends invited us to go there and we loved it. So many flavors to choose from, familiar and incredible options for new tastes. Delicious!

Is sugar free ice cream was delicious!

Will never waste my time coming here again. #1 ice cream was melting even as it was being scooped onto cone..then the girl proceeds to hand it to my 6 year old as it's already dripping. #2 over charged me 5 dollars and had n attitude when I questioned her. #3 the ice cream tasted like it was refrozen melted ice cream.. I've tried out many ice cream shops around CT with my children and can say will never waste my time or money at this establishment again

The ice cream is not good it is really expensive. Go to Batam ct and look for Arethusa ice cream. It is way better and half the price

One of our favorite ice cream spots in the vicinity. Best Mud Pie in the NE. Walnuts hide inside and balance the sweetness and dairy mouth feel. The flavor board is full of classic flavors including sherbets and sorbets. I’m confident most visitors will find something they like. And maybe even something they LOVE!I see the proprietor almost every time I’m there. She is great and runs a clean and nice shop.

This is great tasting ice cream! Hand scooped sundeas, cones etc. A lot of really good flavors too.The new owners of two years or so have made some improvements inside and out, so I think it feels cleaner and more family friendly.

They have plenty of seating outside so you can kick back and savor your wonderful ice cream treat!

This place has the best ice cream in the area. Service is quick and friendly, and the entire place gives a real homey vibe. A lovely place to take kids, or really for anyone.

In the summer we drive all around CT for ice cream. This place is nothing special .. overpriced for the tiny scoop you get .. paid 5 dollars per ice cream and the scoop looked very sad in the bowl it didn't even reach the top of. Do yourself a favor and stop for a point of Ben & Jerry's .. or head over to Arethusa

Everytime I visit CT I have to go to Peaches 'n Cream I love the Ginger flavored ice cream it's so rich and yummy. Keep up the great work the Albany area has nothing like you.

Really good ice cream. Very creamy. The night we went, they were very busy. They had 2 or 3 employees working and they got all the orders out quickly. We had ten orders with our party and we received the ice cream fast. I am definitely going to be going there again during the summer.

An absolutely amazing ice cream shop! Not only do they have a long selection of flavors and varieties of ice cream; their also has a list of coffees and other sweets on deck.You can also grab their spectacular flavors in a tub for home, and they have ice cream cakes to boot.I grabbed a milkshake that was just the right consistency. I was very impressed with how full flavored it was.My wife got a banana waffle cone, and she fell in love with the chunks of fruit in the mix.Their customer service is a outstanding, and I highly recommend this little place to everyone looking the best desert in the area.We will definitely be back soon!

We always bought this homemade ice cream for many years. The ice cream was always the best around. My wife and went there on 9/29/19 the ice cream was not good. There was ice crystals in the ice cream low quantities of cream. I have had better ice cream from a super market. I had to give one star, not worthy of that. I am very disappointed on how Peaches and Cream slipped in Quality!

Classic Ice cream parlor with a couple nice seating areas.

Not recommended at this time. Blatant disregard for social distancing. I was in there yesterday, in line (which was poorly marked). An adult woman with 4-5 children with NO face mask was in the store. The children were running in and out of doors touching the counter and everything despite a small sign not to and also had no face masks. The girl behind the counter when questioned replied "there is nothing I can do!" And further made no attempt to wipe down the counters. Well, you are breaking the law. I did not feel confident that their products were safe to buy and left.

Stopped for a mid trip ice cream fix and it really hit the spot! Lots of hard ice cream flavors to choose from and the 2 we got were delicious.

Super friendly owner, she let us sample a couple flavors and was very patient with our indecisiveness. The icecream is creamy and extremely flavorful. The homemade toppings were great and the portions and price is super fair. We will gladly be back when we are in the area again. A hidden gem. Oh PS they have homemade baked goods that are excellent!
